The newest (and first) AAUW South Bay inter-branch interest group!
Members from PVP, Torrance & Manhattan Beach branches meet monthly to discuss topics important to all women.
PROGRAM:
· Discussion topics are suggested by, and agreed on, by WIT members. Members are responsible for self-discovery and/or researching the selected topic on their own in order to contribute to the (next) discussion.
· Discussion facilitators change monthly; they are the person whose topic was selected the previous month. No special preparation, presentation materials, etc. are required by facilitators ? their role is to kick off the meeting with their thoughts on the subject, keep the discussion timely and ensure all members have a chance to participate.
WHEN: First Wednesday of every month
TIME: 7:00 ? 8:30PM
WHERE: Location rotates monthly
