Foodies is for anyone interested in leaning about different cuisines or culinary techniques.
No expertise required, just enthusiasm. Meetings are hosted by members at varying times during the month and may include a cooking demonstration, sampling of ethnic cuisine, or specific food tastings. To date we have demonstrated fresh pasta making and played around with pot stickers. We're thinking about outings to unusual restaurants, shopping expeditions to farmers markets, and sharing favorite cookbooks and magazines.
