This is the oldest "special interest" group in the Torrance branch. Meetings are held in a member's home on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. Every June the group holds a potluck at which the books for the next year are chosen.
The discussions are self-led, with a different member serving as the discussion guide each month. Refreshments are served as part of the program. It is not necessary to volunteer as a discussion leader or even to have completely read every book every time to be a participant in the group. Please join us for an evening where love of reading and the diversity of life experience contribute to a lively and thoughtful interchange of ideas and laughter.
